We have a new Distance Learning slide deck for you on our 'Learning At Home' page of this blog (see the tab above). Please make sure you check out the range and variety of learning activities that are available for you to engage with. The Week 1 and 2 slide deck remains there for those of you who still want to choose from that.
The provocation for many activities is 'The Plight of the Sea Turtle' - make sure you read that first. There is also another story about Torty and a legend about Kauila. I wonder if you know the difference between a turtle and a tortoise?
It is really important that you check your inbox for your school email - I have sent a number of links, codes and instructions to support your learning this week. If you need help - please ask. The first of our Google Meets kicks off this morning at 11:00 am and then another at 11:30 am. We hope that if you are timetabled for those slots that you can join us. I will send you (school email inbox) the meet link/code just before your meeting so that you can get ready. If you are not scheduled for today, I look forward to seeing you on your 'day'. The timetable also has the schedule for next week - put those in your diary.
Thank you for sharing your learning for this morning's slide deck, some items were specially held over as we commemorated an ANZAC themed slide deck on Friday.
Sharing the Learning from Week 2
Wow you guys have been busy, keep up the great work.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lot of creativity and thoughtful reflection I am seeing in your work, Room 15! Thank you for sharing your ANZAC experiences, especially your beautiful clarinet tribute, Alex, and those special poppies (Shreya, Chloe, Alex and Jimmy). Great perseverence with your building, Natasha! Isabella and Cimone are remembering to 'Get Physical' - I hope the rest of you are too. Mr Cammell and I have enjoyed a few long bike rides through the quiet streets and local parks. Keep safe and keep using those Learning Powers. Mrs Cammell
